Perhaps one of his biggest achievements has been attracting and sustaining a meaningful number of transnational admissions from 31 countries in his various Universities. Prof. S.N. Kulkarni was awarded ‘Pride of Asia Award” by the Asian Business and Social Forum, Singapore in 2019. The process was spearheaded by the PwC. In the same year, he was also recognized as the Best Vice Chancellor for International Students” by the prestigious Brand Essence, India. Prof. Kulkarni was awarded Commemorative Medal of Honor, Hallmark 2000 by the American Biographical Institute, Inc. USA in 1999 for Exceptional Humanitarian & Professional accomplishments. He has also been appointed to the Research Board of Advisors of this prestigious organization since 2000. He has been the acting President of Energy Forum at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. From 2020 to 2021, she was Deputy Director of Cabinet of the ivoirian Minister of Solidarity, Social Cohesion and Poverty Alleviation after having been Technical Advisor in charge of Cooperation and Development in the same ministry from October 2018 to January 2020. She previously held the position of Deputy Head of the Strategic Coordination Cell and Focal Point of the COMCEC and the United Nations System in charge of United Nations Reform (DAO) from 2012 to 2018, at the Ivorian Ministry of Planning and Development. In this context, she presented to the UN (New York headquarters) in October 2014, the progress of the reform of the United Nations System (DAO) in Côte d'Ivoire.

She participated in the first (2015) and second (2017) editions of the International Conference on the Emergence of Africa; then in the Annual meeting and Fiftieth Anniversary Meeting of the African Development Bank (AfDB) (2015); in the African Consultation on the Global Partnership Ministerial Meeting in Mexico City and the Adoption of the African common position for the development of the 2030 agenda (SDGs) in 2014.

She also participated in the development and implementation of the Joint Aid Coordination Program (PCCA); the National Partnership and Aid Effectiveness Policy (PNPEA); the National Community Development Policy (PNDC) and the National Social Action Policy (PNAS). In addition, she participated in the 68th (2013), 69th (2014) and 70th (2015) General Assemblies of the United Nations and the Summit on the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Agenda 2030, in New York, in 2015.

Mrs Alina Aimée MAHOUAGBEU OUATTARA is the author of books on the Right of Humanitarian Intervention and the States sovereignty (january 2002); on decentralized cooperation (juin 2004) and is co-author of the book on the Reform of the United Nations in Africa: "Delivering As One", published by Editions GRANDVAUX, in Paris, in May 2016. Driven by the desire to help vulnerable people and boost development, she created and currently chairs the NGO Human Development Association (HUDAS) which operates in the areas of peace, social action and sustainable development.

She is member of several national and international organizations like International Society of Diplomats (ISD), Ambassador of Commonwealth Entrepreneurs Club (CEC)-United Kingdom ; Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA)-United Kingdom ; We Care for Humanity (WCH)-USA, International Peace and Governance Council (IPGC), member of the Intellectual Team of the European Institute of Management and Technology (EIMT)-Switzerland.
