When you initially register with EIMT for your program of study, and every year after that, you agree to be governed by the Terms and Conditions.

Key terms that you need to focus on:

Payment of a Registration Price is required - this is the fee you pay to register with us for the first academic year. This may be included in a module/course cost for some programs, as mentioned on our website. To advance in your studies, you may need to pay ongoing registration fees for consecutive years.


Some costs are non-refundable; if this is the case, we will make it explicit on our website. The application cost and fees levied to consider past learning recognition are two examples.


Examination center costs - you must pay a separate price to take an examination at your designated location *Although everything will be online mode as students are from across the globe so there will be different teams according to time zones. External examination teams decide these fees, which are paid directly to them. These charges are not included in our website's prices.


EIMT examination centers - Each EIMT examination team has a defined fee for sitting. Exam teams can provide you with the most up-to-date prices.


Fees for additional tuition and help from external providers - when you are obliged or prefer to study with other organizations, you must pay separate fees.



Hardcopy Degree Certificates
If any student wishes to receive the Physical (Hard) Copy of their certificates, they may request the same by paying the additional cost of $300 for the courier charge.

Apostille of Degree/Transcript
If any students require the Apostille of their Degree they may request for the same to the University. An amount of $500 must be borne by the student for the process. TAT for the same will be around 60-90 days for getting their Degree apostilled.

Transcripts and Degree through WES
Students must apply for their transcripts through WES and ensure that the Transcripts and Degrees reach the University before the commencement of the batch. The cost for getting the Degree/Transcripts evaluated through WES is to be borne by the student only.

Batch Swap
Batch Swap enrollment is subject to deadlines and additional fee payment. If any students wish to have a Batch Swap, they may do so by incurring the fee of $500.

Penalty for Late Fees Submission
Students are subject to penalty for late payment of fees amounting 2% of the total fees per month.
