Previously, Mensur served as the Chancellor at the Swiss Institute of Management and Sciences in Zug, Switzerland. He is also a respected lecturer at various prestigious institutions such as the International Business Academy of Switzerland, Berlin School of Business and Innovation, and the Swiss Institute of Management and Sciences. Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of Educational Director for British Eagles LLC in Qatar. Mensur's leadership extends to international schools in Switzerland, where he developed and accredited study programs, spearheaded international school marketing efforts, and shared his expertise with students. In her current position she is the Head of Business Informatic Department, Vice Dean at the Faculty of Informatics, Lecturer and Researcher at the Mediterranean University of Albania (2016-current). Graduated on 2009 from Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana on Business Informatic.After that has started the Master on Business Administration at FE, UT. On 2019 has finished the PhD studies, in the field of Statistics on Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana with the thesis “The forecast of mortality rate on Albania. The impact on pension funds”.
