Recognizing diversity as a comprehensive task

Defining and implementing objectives
EIMT complements this diversity policy with an implementation plan. The implementation plan defines diversity and inclusion goals and outlines strategic and operational measures to achieve these goals. EIMT provides appropriate resources for the coordination, implementation, and periodic evaluation of these measures.
Protecting against discrimination
EIMT adopts appropriate preventive and reactive measures to protect its members against discrimination in any specific case and thus ensures legal liability. EIMT may take affirmative action to enable structurally disadvantaged groups to fully participate in all areas of Institution life.
Promoting diversity-friendly communication
EIMT staff and students maintain a diverse and inclusive communication style. EIMT is committed to preventing the reproduction of verbal and visual stereotypes and providing its members with barrier-free and non-discriminatory access to information.
